Full-Service Catering
We are a full-service catering company offering support in sourcing, planning and cooking in our custom wood-fired oven to create your ideal event. Since we are an oven on wheels, our moveable feast can go anywhere at anytime. We cater small groups to gatherings of 150 people or more.

Menus
Beginning with the menu, we collaborate with you, sourcing the best seasonal ingredients for you and your guests. Although we specialize in pizza and fresh salads, our menu can and often includes anything that can be cooked inside our wood-fired brick oven including St. Louis style ribs, pulled-pork sliders, roasted oysters, vegetables, calzones, and even desserts like our favorite Peace Tree S’mores. We can customize the menu for any size group and have experience with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
The Regular
Pizza, Salads & Dessert is our most popular option. We will provide enough pizzas for the size of your group with seasonal toppings, salad and PeaceTree Su'mores for dessert.
Custom
Name Your Own Event! In addition or as a complement to our regular menu, we roast meats, vegetables such as corn, crispy garlic potatoes, artisan brick oven bread, and desserts with our wood-fired oven. This is a great option for special events when pizza just might not seem appropriate or you want to go beyond the norm. For every event, we continue our commitment to using seasonal and local produce, meats, and cheeses.
